Key Role: Develop, implement, and support the usage of data visualization toolkit, configuration, deployment, and usage.
Interface with key business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions for building data visualization dashboards and reports.
Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise.
Analyze the needs and the environment to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members, as needed.
Basic Qualifications: 6 years of experience working with data and utilizing tools to develop data dashboards and reports Experience with developing tools, models, and reports in current BI tools including IBM Cognos, Qlik, or Tableau Experience in working with software development teams to review requirements and ensure all issues have been resolved Experience with managing development schedules, tracking milestones, and presenting project updates Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite to include MS Teams, One Note, MS Excel and MS Access and its capabilities in regard to data analysis and data handling Ability to listen to stakeholder requirements, interpret requirements and transform them into effective data analysis tools and reports Ability to effectively and correctly communicate requirements to developers and technical staff Ability to design, build, and maintain visualizations to explain performance execution, trends, forecasts, and areas of risk Ability to obtain a security clearance BA or BS degree Additional Qualifications: Experience with IBM Cognos Analytics 11 Experience with risk or internal control management Ability to improve use of data through developing clean, easily digestible reports and data dashboards Ability to understand and write basic VBA and SQL script Ability to drive and recommend strategic decisions based on an understanding client needs and industry best practices Project Management, Agile, or SCRUM certification
