As our Android Engineer, you will be a key member of the Dialed engineering team building the next generation of mobile business tools.
You will collaborate with the product and team leadership to innovate, scope, and build new features.

At least 4 years of Android Development experience..
Experience writing Dart + Flutter or deeper experience writing Kotlin and a high level of excitement to learn Dart + Flutter..
One or more Android apps currently available in the Google Play Store..
Experience coding with modern mobile software design patterns (MVVM, MVP, etc)..
EA penchant for writing clean, reusable, and performant code..
You’ve worked on a small, highly collaborative team..
Comfortable with ambiguity and problem-solving typical of a small startup..
You’re looking for step-function growth in your career.

Other useful experiences:.
Experience in developing a NodeJS based REST API.
Experience with Firebase and Firebase Auth.
Experience working with a CRM API such as Square.
Interest in the privacy or communications space.
What you’ll be doing:.
Working with the guidance of senior team members to scope, build, and test new features for the Dialed Android application..
Maintaining and improving existing infrastructure, and be willing to jump in when things break..
Act as the Android expert in design sessions, refining product ideas to best fit the Android experience..
Brainstorming potential features to align with company strategy.
