Tasked with implementing new technologies aligned with our clients’ business goals, the Systems Engineer will bring considerable technical acumen and empathetic customer service to bear for Affinity’s clients, accomplishing projects on time, in scope, and within budget—all while delivering an excellent client experience.Essential Functions & Responsibilities:Perform installations and implementations of new technology into client environments, including network infrastructure, server installs, application implementation, workstation setups, and moreMonitor project work against budgeted time, and manage time accordinglyMaintain alignment of project work with client business goalsCarefully document client systems as project work is performedCommunicate well with end users and client decision-makers, providing efficientandempathetic technology serviceProvide support team clear direction for complex end-user and systems issuesReview, research, and test new technology; make recommendations regarding use of such technologyServe as subject-matter experts for entire Affinity teamMaintain a high degree quality control by abiding by all Affinity defined processes and standardsAttend and have input at various team huddles, meetings, and company forumsBe flexible and willing to help other Affinity departments and team-members, we succeed and fail as a groupParticipate in Affinity company initiatives and activities.
