Database Clerk (Legal)

Job Description:
Overflow work usually relating to Relativity (a document database)
Assist attorneys with any billable work they may have (usually litigation attorneys but have done work for other departments)
Organize and breakdown information in a clear, concise and presentable form for attorneys
Possible assignments include document review, redactions, compiling multiple documents, creating PowerPoint slides, generate search reports and in-depth review and tagging, creating trial binders and labels, creating memos, data entry, retrieving documents from Relativity and FileSite, creating flow-charts and excel spreadsheets, and sorting documents.
Great position for someone studying for the LSAT and/or looking to attend law school next year
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with Relativity, TextMap, or CaseMap a plus
Ability to adapt to new programs quickly and efficiently
Patience and focus to look through large amounts of documents for a long duration of time
Ability to prioritize and manage time wisely when multiple projects are given to you all at once
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00
– $20.00 per hour
