At least 5 years of experience in a software/system engineering environment with a focus in DevOps/SRE.Hands-on experience with Linux and Cloud technologiesStrong CI/CD pipeline experience with Jenkins; With experience using and developing software build scripting: Maven, Gradle etc.Hands-on with Configuration Management (CM) tools such as Ansible, Chef and PuppetStrong knowledge and experience in Python, Java and Javascript, React and NodeJSThe ideal candidate will:Have strong communication skills and be able to mentor and educate others on DevOps / SRE principles and practices.Have the troubleshooting skills to identify and mitigate difficult and complex technical problems and the coding skills to resolve those problems permanently through engineering and automationBe able to work as part of a global team to achieve project and organizational goalsBe able to create high quality software using Agile/Scrum development practices, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Groovy, etc)Exhibit an infrastructure / config / everything as code mindsetParticipated in Test Driven Development or Business Driven Development environmentHave experience with Incident and Problem management processes, being accountable for resolution, root cause analysis and technology and business reporting and communication
