Maintainthe existing Website, AssociatedDatabase /Applications, and associated functionality and provide Customer Relationship Management (CRM) integration.
Perform upgradeson theinternet/Intranet websites after identifying the requirements and develop new capabilities as directed by the Government.
Provide the necessary repairs and support for the system on a daily basis and Track and report ticket status in Remedy.
Present business case analysis of analytic modules and then integrate analytic modules (e.g., Matomo) into internet/intranet sites to provide more robust data collection and reporting.
Provide a road map / strategy recommending improvements in WEB support of corporate strategies and identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies and best practices .
