The position reports into the Senior Director, Human Resources and will recruit for our 3 locations (Boston, Arizona and Woodland Hills).Talent Acquisition will partner with management across the organization to anticipate and meet the evolving staffing needs of Viking and deliver the best talent for the organization.
The position will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage on-going management relationships as a true contributor to the growth of the company and will provide the talent that makes this company successfulDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within Viking.Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract active job seekers.Work with hiring manager to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring manager, business leaders and Employee Relations.Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process.Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.Actively participate in all staffing recruitment.Develop and implement search strategy that includes vendor selection process and performance metrics for all searches.Maintain career opportunities section on ATS, SharePoint, Viking website and other recruiting mediums.Prepare from start to finish the entire hiring cycle.
Announcing job, Screening, Testing, setting correct job expectations, interviewing right through to the offer acceptance.REQUIREMENTSBA/BS degreeFive plus years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience, strong understanding and ability to recruit all levels of the organization.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Self-driven with ability to work independently and proExcellent inter-personal skills and team based project experience.Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes.Experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources.Strong vendor management skills related to recruitment activities such as search firms job boards, universities specializing in tourism and all current Recruiting techniques.Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office and in depth knowledge of research.Knowledge of HR policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
