The Role: AE’s Workforce Management Center of Excellence aims to help strengthen local businesses by quickly and accurately identifying qualified professional IT talent, while empowering and inspiring the candidates we represent and serve.

As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a self-motivated Technical Recruiter to join our experienced team.

The Technical Recruiter (YOU?) is someone who shares our collective passion for professional development and helping other people succeed while aligning with our core values and company vision.

With relationship building, integrity and honesty at the core of your talent recruitment process, you possess strong communication skills and have high regard for personal ethics to be a fit on our team.

A Day in the Life: Perform full-cycle recruiting activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination/scheduling, offer negotiation and onboarding of candidates Recruit technical professionals using a variety of strategies and tools (LinkedIn, social media, referrals, job boards, internal database, career and industry events, local colleges and universities, etc.) Thoroughly screen and qualify candidates for basic technical, cultural and personality add, schedule and prepare candidates for in-person interviews, and assist candidates on offers and ongoing professional development Quickly and efficiently fill internal and external contract, contract-to-hire and direct hire positions Continually evaluate and apply new sourcing methodologies to actively identify, cultivate, and grow target candidate pools of top talent Work closely with internal and external hiring managers throughout the recruiting process, and promote effective and efficient hiring practices using consultative skills to influence all levels of stakeholders Additional duties, tasks and projects as assigned or requested What You’ll Need: Experience in full-life cycle recruiting on an in-house, corporate, higher-education, or staffing agency team Knowledge of, or interest in learning, advanced recruiting strategies including writing Boolean strings and using social media and other online resources to find passive candidates Team player who thrives in a very fast paced environment with high level of communication and collaboration Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of, or interest in learning, legal aspects of the hiring process Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously Critical thinking skills and an interest in learning Willingness to connect with colleagues in person Tenacious – enjoy picking up the phone Strong documentation and organizational skills Technical background or an interest Star Wars knowledge What we want: Passion & Vision Tenacity & Agility Organization Multitasking Microsoft Office Suite Nice to Have: Bachelors degree or higher Experience recruiting candidates with technical skill sets such as Cloud Architects, DevOps Engineers and Systems/Software Developers, etc.
