We are looking for an energetic, positive and results driven Technical Recruiter to join our growing team in Los Angeles, CA. As a Technical Recruiter with VincentBenjamin your focus will be on closing candidates for on-site IT positions with various clients across Southern California. Requirements of the position:

  • Work closely with Business Development Managers, Recruiting Team and Leadership.
  • Post and review positions and resumes while conducting interviews with candidates.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to ensure successful candidate placement with the client.
  • Leverage creative sourcing strategies to identify and improve recruiting strategies.
  • Proactively manage the candidate sourcing process in a timely and efficient manner, to include pre-screening, understanding client needs, utilizing effective VB marketing, manage the applicant flow and interviewing candidates.
  • Negotiate contractual terms and conditions with candidates for successful placement and representation.
  • Extend offers of employment to candidates.
  • Assist back office team with the coordination of on-boarding, monitoring background checks, conducting reference checks and assisting in internal processes as needed.
  • Liaison between back office and consultant while partnering and communicating with leadership team.
  • Maintain an ongoing relationship with prospective and qualified candidates while developing a pipeline, both via video and by telephone, continuously assessing the candidate’s talent against the client’s needs.
  • Read, Review and understand the job description and requirements of the client.
  • Initiates personal growth by networking, understanding market trends and attending educational sessions as applicable.

Education and Experience

  • 2+ years recruiting experience
  • 1+ years of sales experience – preferred
  • BS Degree – preferred
