Talent Advisor / Recruiter, New College Graduate and Early Talent (long-term contract) The Role: As we continue our high growth trajectory, our world class Talent Acquisition team is expanding to meet increased demand.

The Talent Advisor will be tasked to fill new college graduate and early talent (junior) positions.You will own full lifecycle recruiting from development and execution of sourcing strategy through to offer negotiation/close.

The Person: You are familiar all aspects of the recruiting process and drive positive results by sourcing, connecting and closing new college graduates and early talent candidates.You have the ability to develop a pipeline of talent amongst the new college graduate/early talent population.You have strong communication, negotiation and follow-through skills, sound judgment and are passionate about providing excellent experience to all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Use various sourcing tools (i.e.

University/alumni job postings/early talent groups, employee referrals, etc.) to identify and attract qualified candidates Where applicable, partner with University Relations Program Managers and recruiting team members to identify top NCG/early talent Prepare/present offer recommendations, negotiate and “close” selected candidates Initiate processes related to hiring/employment (i.e.

immigration, Relocation, Export Control) Own all stakeholder relationships; drive positive candidate and manager experience Exercise sound judgment across the entire recruiting process Preferred Experience: Demonstrated experience “owning” full lifecycle recruiting Experience working with new college graduates and/or early talent population or posting/sourcing from University Alumni programs Experience working with ATS and moving candidates through various stages of the system Familiarity with hiring/employment processes an asset (i.e.
