Recruiter, you will help scale a rapidly growing company.

You will work collaboratively with the team in sourcing, vetting, and building pipelines of qualified candidates.

You will partner with our hiring managers to coordinate interviews, gather feedback and hire today’s top talent.Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following.

Source, recruit and hire top talent for roles across the organization from corporate roles (Software Engineering, Finance/Accounting, Sales/Marketing, HR) to operational roles (Personal Hosts/Relocation Consultants, Area Operations Directions, Ops Support) Build strong relationships with hiring managers/teams to ensure hiring requirements are understood, anticipated and met Develop robust candidate pipelines across various cities and generate rapid results in a fast-paced environment Provide consultation for advising and influencing around talent market insights, competitive intelligence and talent demographics to enable recruiters and hiring managers to be best informed Maintain communication with and provide excellent customer service to candidates Drive offer processes, including extending offers, and creatively closing candidates Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help source qualified and diverse candidates Help coordinate, schedule and keep the hiring process moving Assist hiring managers/decision makers in defining hiring needsQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience Ideal candidates have 5 years of corporate recruiting experience in a fast-paced, results orientated environment Experience in technical recruiting as well as recruiting corporate roles Startup experience is a plus High attention to detail and strong execution skills Top-notch organizational skills Impeccable communication skills High level of resourcefulness Proven sourcing skills Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment
