Job Summary: The SR.

Human Resources Business Partner builds strong internal relationships, collaborates, and influences decisions across the organization to drive results in a changing, transformative environment.

Facilitates organization and leadership development efforts, working with employees and managers to address root causes of human capital issues, and assisting senior management in the development of solutions through cultural and process perspective organizational development.

As a senior leader within HR, this position collaborates across the Human Resources function to drive company-wide people programs and initiatives (e.g., total rewards planning, workforce planning, talent management and organizational change).

Must live and work in Eastern Time Zone.

Job Responsibilities: Support corporate strategic plans from a human capital perspective.

Collaborate with both business leaders and HR centers of excellence to lead, develop and deploy human resources strategies, initiatives and processes including talent acquisition and management, on-boarding, immigration, training and development, performance management, compensation, succession planning, employee relations, employee engagement, retention, organizational design and change management.

Acts as a trusted and strategic advisor to leadership on business direction, particularly as it relates to human capital, by demonstrating a thorough understanding of business strategies, competitive landscape and current, anticipated and potential future business challenges.

Analyze business unit and organizational data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention/engagement, and the employee experience.

Drives and champions organizational change and development in the business, influencing leaders to address complex and sensitive organizational design issues required for business success.

Resolves complex employee relations issues while mitigating risk to the company.

Acts as a curator of human capital by hiring, managing and developing other HR professionals to provide a high quality and effective HR organization.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job: Bachelor’s degree required in business, HR or related fields Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in human resources Management or leadership experience required A solid track record of achievement as a strategic HR business partner and advisor to senior executives Ability to analyze workforce trends and identify initiatives to drive organizational performance Ability to translate business needs into human resources priorities and ensure alignment Experience handling complex employee relations and legal matters Management experience required; preferably managing a geographically dispersed HR team Strong leadership and coaching skills Ability to think strategically and turn ideas into action Proven success operating in a dynamic and fast-paced, complex, high profile environment.
