Record all complaints, concerns and maintenance needs and communicate these to the Employee Housing Manager.Answer and manage all questions or requests to the main Employee Housing phone line.Process and update employee housing applications on application tracking spreadsheet, track applicant deposit and rent payments, and update property managers/ resident advisors or HOA’s with incoming residents’Conduct reference checks for housing applicants.Assist with housing allocations with direction from the Employee Housing Manager.

Communicate allocations with hiring managers and applicants.Prepare legal housing documents, have residents sign and then file a hard copy and electronically.

Ensure all residents have a current license agreement.Meet with new employees/residents, complete housing appointment and communicate the rules and polices of employee housingUpdate data on master resident lists, ensuring information is accurate and current at all times.Process move-outs by coordinating move-out inspections, completing deposit transaction paperwork, returning security deposits in accordance with resort financial and accounting policies and procedures.Reconcile deposit account monthly and investigate variances.Prorate and submit bi-weekly rent payroll deductions.

Calculate differences between submitted and actual rent deductions pulled, communicate remaining rent balance to residents, and collect delinquent payments.Assist the Employee Housing Manager in gathering materials and data for business planning (e.g.

monthly occupancy analysis).Assist with conducting unit inventories and inspections.

Coordinate inspections with maintenance personnel and resident advisors.Provide back up to Human Resources front desk by assisting employees that walk in by creating Real Deal vouchers, Ski/ Bike vouchers, print employee vouchers and other tasks as assigned.Is an active and supportive member of the Human Resources team.Participates in events and functions hosted by HR, creates a positive and creative atmosphere in the Employment office.Creates and promotesexperiences of a lifetime.Other duties as assigned.This job description is an overview of the scope of responsibilities and is not intended to be an inclusive list of job tasks and expectations.

Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel.

The range listed is just one component of Winter Park Resorts total compensation package for employees.
