In this role you will attract top talent for various positions throughout the organization.

You will perform full life cycle recruiting by working closely with leaders to select highly qualified candidates for assigned teams and represent the company in a professional and positive manner.

This position can be done in one of our offices or it can be done remotely.

This role reports to the Sr.

Manager of Talent Acquisition and works on a team with other Recruiters and Talent Management specialists.

A successful Sr.

Corporate Recruiter will: Establish and maintain solid working relationships with leaders to determine hiring needs and act as an internal advisor on Talent Acquisition matters Generate qualified candidate pool through various resources, including headhunting, internet, college recruiting, social media, community networking and referrals Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques Coordinate and conduct phone screens and in-depth interviews with candidates Maintain organized databases with candidates’ data (e.g., in our ATS) Track, monitor, and report recruitment metrics Facilitate new hire orientation program Build talent pipelines for our future hiring needs Participate in Talent projects (e.g., employer branding, HRIS implementation, etc.) A successful Sr.

Corporate Recruiter will: Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar field of study 5-7 years of successful full cycle recruiting experience Experience working with an international Human Resources team Solid experience using LinkedIn Recruiter Account Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (nice to have) Bilingual in English and Spanish (nice to have) High autonomy Excellent communication and persuasion abilities (particularly when making cold calls and sending recruiting emails) About Apple Leisure Group: Apple Leisure Group® (ALG) is the leading North American travel, hospitality and leisure management group with the only vertically-integrated business model, serving travelers and destinations worldwide.
