Job Description6 month duration with possibility to extendLooking for candidates with recruiting experience across all functional groups, not just ITWorld Fuel’s Talent Acquisition team is seeking an exceptionally talented technical recruiter to find the best talent for our increasingly digitized organization.

This position will work remote in the United States and under the supervision of our US based Lead Corporate Recruiter conduct daily recruiting activities for professionals across the US and sometimes LATAM and EMEA.

•Work closely with Hiring Managers and leaders to understand their business strategy and staffing needs
•Partner with hiring managers for full cycle recruiting efforts, including identifying capability and knowledge requirements, sourcing a diverse slate of candidates, establishing valid candidate assessment processes and facilitating the offer process
•Identify potential candidates using Boolean searches, networking, candidate referrals, web sourcing, ATS database and social networking
•Achieve exceptional levels of client and partner satisfaction
•Participate in branding World Fuel Services as a premium employer of choice
•Maintain a network of industry contacts to identify potential candidates for World Fuel Service’s future needsRequirements:
•3-5 years of recruiting experience for a search firm, agency, or in-house talent acquisition team with demonstrated expertise in recruiting best practices
•Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, specifically Workday
•Ability to develop results-driven recruiting strategies for sourcing, evaluation and selection of talent
•Deep knowledge of sourcing and recruiting methodologies and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Reddit and other social sites and boards
•Proven expertise in customer relationship management
•Strong consultative skills, particularly in the areas of salary equity, internal movement and workforce planning
•Prefer experience recruiting across all areas of Technology including: Infrastructure, Application Development, Testing, Information Security, Project Management and Operations
•Exceptional interviewing, communication, negotiation, organization and problem solving skills
•Ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization (executive, professional, administrative)
•Ability to be flexible, multi task and handle multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision
•Team-orientation with excellent interpersonal skill
