CV Resources has partnered with an exciting and well-known technology company whose seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their awesome team!
This is a fully remote position and Workday experience is an absolute must.
Payroll Specialist Duties:
Processing bi-weekly, multi-state payroll for 900 employees
Analyze and audit payroll data for accuracy of posting, including intercompany transactions
Process new hire, counseling, and termination paperwork
Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.
Perform specific duties related to insurance plans, 401k, and flexible spending accounts
Payroll Specialist Requirements:
3+ recent years of Payroll experience
Workday experience is a must
Proficient knowledge with California labor laws
Other Titles: Payroll Administrator, Payroll Processor, Payroll Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00
– $70,000.00 per year
