is an Austin based technology consulting firm providing information resource services to public sector clients across Texas.

Headquartered near the Texas State Capital, we work directly with large Texas state agencies and local governments, as well as systems integration companies.

We provide these organizations consultants for their large complex technology initiatives.

With over 20 clients, approximately 100 IT professionals, and a growing demand for services, our administrative support requirements are expanding.

We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to supplement our current team of recruiters and business development professionals.

The Technical Recruiter will be involved in the identification of technology professionals who meet the technical requirements of roles being sought by our clients.

The candidate will be provided the tools and training necessary to perform the role as a Technical Recruiter.

The successful candidate must be reliable, a quick learner and take on responsibility for assigned tasks.

Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 to 5 (flexible work hours are available.) Responsibilities: Responsibilities: Work with business development professionals to understand the operation of each of their clients and their information technology needs.Post job descriptions based upon job requirements of clients.

Use job boards, Craigslist, LinkedIn and other recruiting tools to find qualified IT professionals.Perform a prequalification of all recruited candidates.Prepare resumes and other supporting documents in format required by client and business development professional.Upon candidate selection, support the onboarding process.Maintain ongoing dialogue with recruited consultants.Participate in local IT networking events.

Qualifications: Required QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in full life cycle IT recruiting:Experience posting job opportunitiesExperience in conducting cold callsExperience identifying and prequalifying candidatesExperience interviewing and assessing candidates.Experience navigating candidates through the hiring process through offer acceptanceExceptional skills using the Microsoft Office Suite (i.e.

Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)Exceptional skills using Internet based job boards (LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Craigslist, etc.) and other recruiting toolsExperience using Applicant Tracking software and data maintenanceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent listening and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skillsProven ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize in order to meet deadlinesAbility to create and track recruiting metricsAbility to work independently and as a team memberManage relationship with Business Development team and proactively meet to understand evolving business needs and candidate profilesAbility to recommend and drive improvements that impact candidate pipelines and interview processesAbility to execute tailored recruiting and sourcing strategies to find talent that is both rare and in high demandUndergraduate DegreePreferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree, with preference in business and communications7 years of experience working as an Information Technology RecruiterPrevious training on interviewing techniques.Experience using iCIMS Applicant Tracking SystemExperience using LinkedIn RecruiterExisting relationships with technology associations and user groupsExperience recruiting for consulting or professional services firmsRecruitment Certification (Airs, LinkedIn Recruiter, NAPS, etc.)
