What You’ll Do

  • Manage full-cycle technical recruiting: source, identify, engage, evaluate, and hire top talent to join our growing company
  • Drive sourcing strategy recommendations for a variety of technical roles
  • Partner with the Talent Team to drive a structured, consistent hiring process that increases hiring efficacy, equity, and diversity
  • Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle from identification, assessment through the offer
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with passive talent to ensure a robust network for future hiring needs
  • Track and analyze pipeline and performance data to share with the Leadership Team
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and make data-driven decisions

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience at a high-growth startup or agency environment (preferably a combination of both)
  • Recent track record of hiring top-tier engineering and product talent
  • Demonstrated ability to understand a technology stack to match technical talent against job requirements
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting passive candidates and developing a network in the technology and data space
  • Strong ATS proficiency (preferably Greenhouse), Microsoft Office, Slack
  • Strategic Thinker; outstanding analytical and organizational skills
