Job Description North America MD Recruiting Manager This role will work very closely with Senior Leadership at Accenture to manage the pipelines to identify, cultivate and attract talent.

Successful candidates must have the proven ability to build trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders, candidates, HR Leadership, and the broader recruitment team.

They will be responsible for developing and delivering a sustainable in-house sourcing programs including direct sourcing and working with Accenture Executive Sourcing team.

This role is a manager, strategic talent advisor, and delivery role.

A key part of the job is also changing the culture of how we recruit senior talent at Accenture
– including shaping compelling value proposition and advising leadership on how to become a talent magnet.

Key Responsibilities Build and maintain networks of qualified candidates; cultivating those relationships with a short-term and long-term view.

Responsible for full lifecycle of recruiting including sourcing Sourcing of diverse candidate slates Candidate relationship management Participating in and management of assessment process Develop business case to hire Due diligence activities and management of approval process for final candidate(s) Partner on creation of offer and extension of offer to candidate Setting candidates up for successful onboarding and integration Reporting regarding the search status and candidate status Act as a trust advisor to execute all external MD recruitment requirements to include candidate ID, candidate development, candidate assessment, candidate presentation and offer extension Manage relationships with hiring sponsors Focus on diversity hiring to achieve our Inclusion & Diversity goals Advise hiring sponsors on executive search firm selection Conduct research of external marketplace/industry trends and monitor external competitor analysis and provide marketplace intelligence the leadership Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years recruitment experience Minimum of 5 years Executive level recruitment experience Preferred Qualifications: Pipeline management experience Professional Skills: Passion for recruitment attracting and assessing talent Respected client focused consultant with a bias towards action and results Strong player coach mentality, visible and accessible leader Exceptional relationship management skills with both internal stakeholders and candidates Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment Excellent communication (written and oral) with senior leaders Excellent project management ad organization/time mgmt skills Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
