Recruiter to our Talent Acquisition team This individual will help us raise the bar in recruiting while hiring top talent within the supply chain and transportation industry.

Location: Chicago, Los Angeles, Austin, Dallas, Orlando, Miami, or Phoenix What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day:Live our Core Values and be champion for our culture.Responsible for full-life cycle recruitment for all positions ranging from corporate, logistics, operations, management, technical and sales roles.You’ll be a true partner with all hiring managers across the company to develop hiring strategies that will enable us to fill critical roles, identify hiring sources and closing approaches.Proactively research the market, create search strategies that will attract the best & brightest talent and build and maintain a network of potential candidates through on-going relationship management.Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the ability to assess candidates’ profiles to our culture and attributes for success at AIT.Comfortable being held accountable to recruiting metrics and manager satisfaction scores.Responsible for transforming our recruiting process and raise the hiring bar while driving process improvements to hire faster.Work daily to drive a positive candidate experience through the recruitment process.Be a subject matter expert and provide direction and consultation to management on strategic and emerging staffing trends.Lead interview workshops with managersAct as brand ambassador as we continue to build the AIT employment brand, managing our social media sites and content marketing as it relates to hiring/onboarding.Bring new recruitment ideas and strategies to engage with talent Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as business demands deem necessary.What We Look for in Teammates:A team player who works well with others – being respectful to our teammates is a Core ValueA strong work ethic with an appreciation for ownership, independence, accountability and autonomy in your role.Growth mindset – being passionate about your craft, always looking for ways to improve yourself and the company, being open to change and doing things differently.Customer service focus – we serve a wide variety of customers, both internal and external, and building relationships is a part of our cultureOther Skills We Hope to See:7 years full life-cycle recruiting experienceCorporate recruiting preferredExperience recruiting in the freight forwarding industry a huge plusCreative thinking, drives innovative sourcing strategiesPersistence in finding the best candidate for the job – never settlingAbility to adapt quickly to changing priorities Proven track record of delivering high quality candidates.
