Manage and provide back and front end support to MC Strategies Mgr.

for external events and sponsorships; including administrative support; Salesforce research; email engagement; and face to face engagement with prospects and clients by way of follow up and tracking (mostly manual).

The team is passionately focused on building our brand, supporting banking products and finding innovative ways to engage and retain clients.(br((br((strong(WHAT WILL YOU DO?(/strong((br((br((ul((li(Design, promote, and support colleague development programs specifically for the CRG activity; and the mentoring program.(/li((li(Produce programs using web conferencing / teleconferencing software(/li((li(Analyze training program feedback and results following sessions to continuously improve programs and colleague engagement for the purpose of multicultural marketing(/li((li(Develop program feedback and effectiveness surveys; constantly build in best practices.(/li((li(Source and implement with training vendors and subject-matter experts (SMEs) both internal and external(/li((li(Lead and facilitate learning and development programs for a variety of audiences; particularly the Black, LGBT, Latino and Millennial.(/li((li(Educate colleagues about development opportunities and resources inside the company creating retention and goodwill towards multicultural efforts.(/li((li(Create colleague resource group materials such as presentation slide decks, organizational charts, roles and responsibilities description and strategic planning templates.

Work with creative and content teams to execute.(/li((li(Analyze data from a variety of internal and external sources to develop and monitor strategies and opportunities.

(Crenshaw District, for instance)(/li((li(Manage key related HR demographic data, make recommendations, and champion associated inclusion action programs, committees, and training with CRG chairs(/li((li(Design and launch CRG initiatives focused on creating a culture of inclusion.(/li((li(Assist in the execution and delivery of inclusionary programs and initiatives.(/li((li(Responsible for creating, updating and/or enhancing content on CRG intranet sites(/li((li(Help to enhance inclusion education efforts, including contributing to the development and facilitation of new workshops, training tools and resources(/li((li(Assist with cultivating relationships with key external diversity organizations and vendors for the purpose of benchmarking, learning best practices around CRG engagement for prospecting.(/li((li(Develop collaborations that expand internal knowledge and understanding of industry trends, technology change(/li((li(Conduct research and stay current on Diversity best practices and new Diversity programs and initiatives to constantly enhance our CRGs.(/li((li(Assist with diversity analytics, including tracking metrics, analyzing and generating diversity reporting for MC Manager to show trends and impact across programs and initiatives.
