Position Overview: We are looking for a Senior Recruiter, who has experience with sourcing and supporting multiple business units.
This will be a Hybrid position, so must have the ability to work from home and come into the office.
The main duties includeRecruit on various disciplines, with a primary focus on engineering and skilled trade skillsets for non-exempt and exempt level positions.
This includes candidate sourcing, prescreening, scheduling, and administratively supporting the recruitment process.Provides consultation and guidance to hiring managers, candidates and employees on talent acquisition practices, processes, and timelines.Manage assigned requisitions in the applicant tracking system to ensure compliance with divisional employee process policies.
Ensure requisitions are opened, posted, and closed as required.Source passive candidates to create interest and drive talent to the organization.

Must have Applicant Tracking System candidate management experience, iCIMS experience preferredMust have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
