Director of Life Science Recruitment
Job Details:
-This company needs someone to head their new office in the San Diego area
-They have an LA office and are ready to expand to San Diego and need a Director or Manager to expand it around
-This person will have management and lead responsibilities but still very hands on (especially in the beginning)
-Life Science experience is a must have
-Recruitment experience on the agency side is a must. Will not consider people with a corporate or RPO career
-They are looking for someone to hit the ground running
-5 days in the office
-This person will be given an assistant and admin person to help with admin duties
-This person has the chance for a nice title and shares in the company
-They will continue to hire below this person and grown out the team in San Diego
-Looking for someone with a background that can show their success and track record.
-This position will be doing Business Development and Recruiting as well as managing.
Base Salary- $80-$110k
Commission is based quarterly but is paid monthly
– There is a threshold to meet and percentage can be 20-25% and up of each deal.
Top Performers OTE: $400k+
