– 5 CST Pay Rate: $39.24 per hour Required Qualifications: 3 years of demonstrated strong project management, operational process experience or related experiences; accountable for development of / process improvement, and ongoing management of, operational activities on numerous projects/tasks across a broad spectrum of subject areas as assigned, including the following: Ability to align, manage, and track change across multiple projects and budgets Ability to operate effectively in a complex and diverse organization Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills Must be results oriented with strong customer focus and attention to detail Excellent PC aptitude with demonstrated experience using Microsoft Applications such as Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, One Note, Excel and other tools Proven negotiation skills Proven track record in meeting project milestones and negotiating for resources Proven ability to independently plan, manage, and work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous priorities Ability to establish WebEx meetings and to coordinate video conference calls both with internal and external parties Friendly and optimistic demeanor Superior organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare, benefits, HR, or Talent Acquisition experience PMP Certification Background in process improvement Client service experience a plus The ability to interact with executives, employees, and contractors at all levels Demonstrated success working in an ambiguous environment Demonstrated success using business judgment to help drive key deliverables of the business Job Requirements: Responsibilities: Hands-on plans, organizes, leads and tracks the work and deliverables of multiple, complex projects or programs, through to implementation, that impact multiple processes, systems, functions and products.
Develops and implements strategic business plan to achieve business goals.
Proactively leads a program and/or most complex projects by setting strategic direction.
Identifies gaps and recommends enhancements related to new and/or existing processes, procedures, services and workflows based on broad view of the organization.
Collaborates and partners with other functional managers, other business areas across/within segments or other business areas to ensure all workflow processes and interdependencies are identified and addressed.
Obtains financial support for most complex projects or supports this work as it relates to program management.
Collaboratively works across multiple functions and /or segments to obtain agreement from all impacted parties (e.g., up and downstream effects often impact multiple functions and/or segments.
Responsible for development and implementation of new ideas that supports work/team.
Cross function/segment group facilitation/presentation.
Leads all project and/or program management work including monitoring and tracking of progress and status update communications.
Assists others to identify solutions to issues that negatively impact program and/or project plan and proactively manages risks/issues and change control process.
Assures all assigned projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner and proactive follow-up is done on all project details Performs other duties as assigned and consistently uses good judgement to proactively recommend improvement plans to processes and procedures, and follows-through on the implementation of all approved improvement plans Acts as a Subject Matter Expert on numerous systems and processes for employees / managers, training staff as needed Develops and maintains operational documentation for new or expanded operational activities A Sr.
