The Role: Our Northern California office is looking for a Senior Associate Recruiter.

This employee will assist with the planning and execution of the campus recruiting strategy, as well various aspects of the recruiting process.

The Senior Associate Recruiter will work closely with the NorCal HR & Recruiting Manager as well as the National Recruiting team to develop and execute hiring plans, coordinate and manage candidate interviews, and help candidates with other aspects of the recruiting process.

Responsibilities entail event planning, including but not limited to campus activities, career fairs, DEI events, and internship program activities.

Primary responsibilities include:Manage campus hire interview process including posting open positions, screening resumes, selecting candidates for interviews, conducting initial phone screens with candidates, preparing candidates and coordinating arrangements for upcoming interviews, managing offer approval process and final disposition status;Organize and execute the Andersen’s Accelerate program: A one day program to develop early relationships with future Interns;Manage ongoing relationship-building with students, student organizations, faculty, and Career Services at our target campuses to help achieve campus recruiting strategy and provide a market-leading candidate experience;Plan and execute and participate in campus recruiting activities such as campus presentations, career fairs, “sell” receptions/dinners, etc.;Maintain timely and accurate data in the applicant tracking system as well as monitoring campus job postings;Create and organize intern events or firm-wide initiatives;Assist Human Resources and team members with miscellaneous ad hoc projects as needed.

The Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related degree is preferred with a minimum GPA of 3.0;At least 3 years of relevant work experience;Professional services firm or tax experience a plus;Campus Recruiting experience preferred;Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred;Knowledge of iCIMS, UKG, Handshake, Cornerstone or related databases a plus;Excellent organization, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail;Analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills; responds to requests with a sense of urgency;Ability to respond favorably to a changing and diverse environment;Strong time management and project managements capabilities;Excellent process and problem solving skills;Effective communication skills, including verbal (logical and organized), written, and listening andWillingness to work overtime and travel as needed.
