Job DescriptionAs a RPO Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will collaborate with our client’s talent acquisition team and hiring managers on all phases of the talent acquisition process from discovery to onboarding.
In this role, you will handle a variety of recruiting assignments from niche and technical to high-volume positions, in addition to partnering with your team to deliver best-in-class services to candidates and customers.You will be responsible for managing your daily activities and delivering high-quality recruiting advisory services in a fluid and dynamic environment.
We take pride in being a true partner in our customers’ success, and you’ll be a matchmaker between customers and job seekers facilitating a great experience for all parties.In this role, you will create hiring strategies that produce high-quality hires and exceed our service levels is your responsibility as a talent acquisition partner.Key ResponsibilitiesAid the employers (clients) to recruit candidates for job vacancies, these may be niche, high volume, direct hire positions.Assess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment and ensure timely delivery, and then identify potential candidates through existing contacts found on the Accendi Group systems, client databases, client third party recruitment software, or advertising roles and taking the response.Build mutual benefiting relationships, interfacing with clients and candidates to work as part of a passionate team maximizing Accendi Group’s commercial performance.
Executes daily, weekly, and monthly goals by determining work behaviors, executing appropriate actions, and monitoring progressMonitor the performance scorecard regularly to ensure all KPIs and SLAs are being met while exceeding and meeting the daily/weekly hiring goals.Ensures all requisition activity is properly documented, including screening, interviews, offers, candidate disposition, etc, to comply with SLAs and KPIs.Participates in regular company and team meetings complying with company policies and reviews company communications.Develops and implements candidate attraction strategies, including plans and tools for sourcing candidates, acting as a brand ambassador for clients, and working with the team to execute them.Provide advisory services to both clients on the job market, and candidate hiring processes, sourcing strategies, salary levels, and career opportunities where applicable.
Developing solid relationships and managing both the expectations of clients and candidates is integral to the role.Responsible for managing each requisition’s candidate pool.
Determines eligibility of potential candidates based on assessments, tests, technical screens, interviewer notes, independent judgment, resumes, and professional profiles.Develops a qualified slate of candidates and candidate profile, actively casting a wide net to build a diversely qualified candidate pool, presenting the best slate of qualified candidates to the hiring manager according to the talent request.Identify and participate in special projects as needed to enhance our services to existing and prospective clientsMaintain and build positive relationships to enhance the employer brand and candidate experienceQualificationsHigh School Diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred3 years of recruiting or human resource experience2 years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies
