HR Recruitment Specialist

This is an exciting and rewarding profession that recruits for talented individuals that save lives every day!

The Recruitment Specialist (RS) is responsible for:
Full cycle recruitment functions (screening, recruiting, interviewing, testing, reference/background checks, making job offers, hiring, orientation, and on-boarding of candidates)
Assists with general data collection, data entry, report writing, document control/compliance, and HRIS system maintenance.
Qualifications:
2 year degree (Associate’s), or HR Certificate.
2+ years of recruitment/HR experience utilizing HRIS and applicant tracking systems.

Ultipro Recruitment module is preferred.
