Regional Recruiter

Overview: The Regional Recruiter will provide recruiting support for the Specialty Services Region by maintaining a pipeline of candidates, establishing relationships with colleges and universities, and having an active presence on LinkedIn and various social media sites.

Responsible for all aspects of employee recruiting for all positions within the region.

Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone and in person), administers appropriate reference/background checking, makes recommendations for hire (or not hire) and delivers employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings.Develop a strategy to achieve potential candidates by outbound calling, email, LinkedIn, job boards, advertising campaigns, etc.Develop a pipeline of potential candidates.Develop and maintain a relationship with various colleges, universities and diverse groups.Maintain open communication with hiring managers to keep them updated on open positions.Partner with local colleges and universities to source and screen interns’ candidates.

Attend various school sponsor events such as career fairs, dinners and other opportunities to interact with students.Coordinate and monitor AP scholarship program for sales positions.Coordinate and monitor the interview and testing process.Responsible for recruiting, onboarding and acting as the intern champion.

Other duties as assigned.Travel is expected to be 25% in this role.
