We are looking to hire an Account Executive to work in our Aliso Viejo, CA office This person will be responsible for running a full desk of both the client and candidate sides.

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment process Develop a book of business through prospecting both cold and warm leads Source qualified candidates, review resumes, pre-screen candidates, create interview plans and closing strategies while moving the interview process forward in timely manner Build and maintain a quality pipeline of candidates for direct hire placements through fostering long term relationships with candidates Utilize research, phone calls, pipeline, and CRM to identify and persuasively present candidates for potential job offerings Build a pipeline of talent for future needs Maintain accountability of the recruiting process Work closely with other Recruiters and Hiring Managers to build innovative talent sourcing strategies for existing openings across the US Experience and Skills The ideal candidate will have the following: 2-5 years of Recruiting experience Familiarity with the AEC and MEP fields a bonus Strong computer skills and ability to navigate new software quickly Strong communication skills.
