As we continue to expand our footprint, we are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Executive Search & Talent Partner to support our business development goals.

Role Summary: * Partner with the executive team to execute business strategy and conduct needs assessment.* Research markets and provide talent insights.

Own the role of forecasting consultant.* Lead middle management, senior and executive level searches across business ventures.* Educate the executive team on market trends and provide offer package consultation.* Leverage experience and best practices to make recruitment strategy recommendations.* Create a seamless candidate experience.

Position the enterprise as an employer of choice.* Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.

Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and organizational compatibility.* Support Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager development through mentorship in senior and executive-level recruitment methods and best practices (e.g.

talent sourcing strategies, negotiation tactics).

Provide consultation to recruiting team(s) as needed.* Conduct reference checks for priority candidates as needed.* Travel between business locations and U.S.

states as required.

Experience and Success Attributes: * 7-10 years of recruiting leadership and/or senior and executive-level search experience across industries in rapidly evolving organizations.

Master’s or specialized certification(s) preferred.* Expert active and passive sourcing and recruitment experience for entry-level, mid-level and senior-level/executive positions.

Professional services or hospitality industry experience is a plus.* Savvy in bringing multiple opinions and perspectives into focus and alignment.* Continuous learner, focused on continuous improvement.* Servant leadership mindset with a passion for developing others.* Ability to act, and decide quickly.

Iterative approach and mindset to projects.* Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills.* Positive mindset, with a disarming and fun approach to relationship building and partnerships.
