Recruitment Manager

NEP Virtual Studios combines Prysm Stages, Lux Machina, and Halon Entertainment under one banner to provide best-in-class virtual production services around the world.

Lux Machina and Prysm stages design, build, and operate state of the art Virtual Production facilities while Halon Entertainment provides Game cinematic creation, visualization, and virtual art department services from concept to final pixel.

The purpose of this position is to lead the recruiting efforts for NEP Virtual Studios.

In this role, the Recruitment Manager will supervise and provide overall guidance to the recruitment team.

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees, preferably in the film and gaming industry.

The responsibilities of the Recruitment Manager are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities Implement strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruitment measures Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance, and set well-defined goals and benchmarks Identify and choose job advertising options that will attract top candidates for our current openings Coach hiring managers on interviewing techniques and strategies Improve our employer brand through robust social media campaigns  Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs  Active participation in job fairs and career events  Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, trade schools, colleges and other avenues Position Requirements 5+ years of professional recruiting experience Experience recruiting within the Gaming, Film & Motion Picture industry  Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, but also as an integral part of a widely dispersed team that interacts virtually  Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases  Understanding of fair employment and HR practices Experience with conducting phone, in-person, and virtual interviews  Familiarity with social media and other professional networks  Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional leadership, team-management, and decision-making abilities Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to lead in a rapidly changing environment are crucial.

Significant experience utilizing creative resources and techniques to source candidates necessary  Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred Must be willing to travel as needed Note : The job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s) incumbent in this position.
