Acloche is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to strategically coordinate and participate in Associate recruitment activities throughout Franklin County The ideal candidate will have: Ability to develop rapport and effective relationships with a wide array of individuals Skills to creatively source candidates and develop innovative recruiting sources Extensive experience with digital recruiting sources RESPONSIBILITIES: Supports and/or organizes, schedules, coordinates, and participates in job fairs, school/community events, interviewing functions, open house recruiting events, and other applicable events and locations, and secures necessary promotional materials.

Prepares appealing and engaging postings for open positions and recruiting events, posts on free job posting sites as needed, and submits job postings and event details to HR for posting elsewhere as needed.

Screens, interviews, and determines skill level and placement potential of candidates and refers quality applicants to appropriate branch for placement.

Develops and maintains numerous outside recruiting sources and regularly participates in recruitment outreach activities to increase brand awareness and community engagement.

Works with Manager to forecast employment needs and takes the lead in establishing strategies, demand planning, and the development of decentralized recruitment plans/calendars, ensuring a comprehensive strategy with follow up and execution of all recruiting plans Recommends, distributes, and monitors recruitment advertising options and promotional materials for assigned area.

Works with marketing dept.

To create content and verbiage for appealing recruiting materials (flyers, social media postings, etc.) to create strategic and uniform brand awareness Continuously researches, identifies, and implements new and innovative recruiting sources, methods, and ideas for assigned territory and optimizes existing candidate sourcing opportunities.

Researches new sourcing opportunities focusing on a multi-pronged approach and innovation with such mediums as digital (including social media), grass roots, networking, government agencies, local job fairs, open houses or branch recruiting events, and community schools (both technical and regular schools).

Ensures all digital sourcing is optimized within various digital job boards such as Indeed, Zip Recruiter, etc.

And ensures traffic flow to the website and online application.

Provides sourcing and recruiting analytics such as recruiting sources, candidate demographics, and pull through (recruiting funnel data).

Travels throughout Franklin County.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum three (3) years personnel recruiting experience with demonstrated ability to creatively source candidates Previous marketing experience, including but not limited to strategic identification and implementation of sources, social media engagement, and use of various digital marketing platforms and methods Proven ability to utilize targeted selection interview techniques to identify appropriately skilled candidates Demonstrated communication skills, both verbal and in writing Ability to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, set goals and meet deadlines Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, specifically EEO, FLSA, and ADA Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records Proficient in MS Office Must have a valid driver s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
