Job DescriptionOverviewAbout The RoleThis is an exciting and new opportunity at Acadia This team member will help us build a true talent marketing operation to tell the wonderful story of our incredible team members as we set the standard for excellence in behavioral healthcare.

The talent acquisition marketing specialist will be responsible for creating and delivering the strategy to attract, engage, and support the candidate pipeline for Acadia’s talent needs.

This will include creating and distributing content across our social accounts, recruitment, and strategic job posting campaigns.

This position is built for an innovative storyteller that understands how to reach intended audiences with compelling content and collateral.

You will bring creativity and imagination to help us utilize talent resources to create labor market insights and inform talent strategiesYou will develop talent channels and engage potential candidates by optimizing our current channels, researching emerging channels, and placing an emphasis on channels that will support our DEI strategyYou will create and design a portfolio of attraction strategies to engage candidates across the full spectrum of the candidate journeyYou will develop content supporting the brand of our hospitals, treatment centers, and corporate team aligned to targeted candidatesYou will support the distribution of opportunities across social, paid, and organic channelsYou will guide our employee branding initiatives, including collateral and content generation, employee reviews, and event marketingJob RequirementsWhat Experience You’ll Need:Tremendous flexibility and a vision for the future; this is a new role on a new teamBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communication, graphic design, or a similar programWe’d like at least three (3) years of experience in a digital-focused marketing role.
