We feel strongly about developing and maintaining positive relationships with the employers and job candidates we work with, building trust that comes from the way we carefully and expertly conduct business.About the Role:We are looking to hire a Recruiting Manager responsible for building our network of candidates available for temporary and consulting opportunities with our clients.

The Staffing Manager will divide time between sourcing, initial interviews, coordinating onsite/remote interviews with client hiring managers, and providing top customer service during the candidate’s engagement.

This role is 100% on-site in our Lyndhurst, NJ office.Responsibilities: Recruit potential candidates for temporary roles through a variety of sources such as job boards, internal job postings, LinkedIn, networking events, alumni chapters, etc.

Conduct initial interviews with candidates, gain an understanding of their qualifications and review of open temporary roles Conduct reference checks on candidates, determining fit for relevant role, eligibility for rehire, etc.

Connect with client hiring manager to discuss open temporary role(s).

Gather information on title, responsibilities, duration, and any other relevant information Post all open temporary roles to internal & external job boards, and respond to all applicants Maintain contact with candidates interviewed, but not placed, updating availability & comparing eligibility against open roles, gather market information Continuously educate hiring managers and candidates on state of the hiring market, including unemployment rates, hiring trends, market pay rates/salaries, etc.

Conduct regular customer service calls to active candidates and hiring managers.

Monitor engagement status, identify & resolve any potential issues identified Update and maintain MS Excel & CRM database as necessaryQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities based on business needs Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated sense of urgency, including ability to respond & follow up to candidate/client requests in a timely mannerPlease send resume to Jordan.marshallambassadorresources.com
