Compass is looking for a Corporate Recruiting Lead that will drive the Company’s talent acquisition strategy for our growing Corporate teams across all non-technical verticals including but not limited to: Operations, Marketing, Strategy, Communications and Executive Support.
As a Corporate Recruiting Lead, you’ll partner with hiring managers and Recruiting to develop, drive, and manage sourcing/recruiting strategies for various positions.
You will be expected to manage 4-5 direct reports by providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring that deliverables are met.
In addition, you will assist in developing and promoting the Compass culture internally and externally.
At Compass You Will Assist in spearheading our corporate recruiting operation Monitoring key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting procedures.
Develop and manage effective staffing plans and recruiting pipeline Drive direct sourcing strategies of your recruiters through passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, and innovative research tactics Liaising with company department heads to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs.
Translate passion for our company and culture so it can be felt by candidates Drive an exceptional candidate experience Promote the Compass brand and use creativity to attract and market the Company to qualified and talented candidates Mentor, train, and develop direct reports through positivity, direct feedback and leading by example What We’re Looking For B.A.

with a strong academic record 7+ years of recruiting experience with at least 2-3 years managing a team of Recruiters Experience in Headcount planning and execution Strong leadership and team management skills, ability to make sound decisions quickly and effectively Excellent oral and written communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills Must be able to multitask and regularly act in a player/coach capacity High level of interpersonal skills and strong ability to engage with others Experienced negotiator Considerable skill in interviewing techniques Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse a plus) Proficiency in, or knowledge of, using a variety of computer software applications, especially Google Suite and Excel Do your best work, be your authentic self.
