The Accenture Leadership Recruitment practice is an in-house executive search function that identifies, cultivates and attracts senior leadership talent to support the growth of Accenture’s businesses globally.In this role focused on North America, you will partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to deeply understand current and future hiring needs while crafting creative strategies to engage passive, high-performing and diverse talent.
You will proactively assess talent for specialized and hard-to-fill executive roles with a sharp focus on managing diverse pipelines.
Identify future diverse talent needs in partnership with our Talent Acquisition team members, HR Business Partners and business leaders to develop forward-looking workforce plans that meet current and future business needs.Key responsibilitiesSupport building out a more robust Research function and overall sourcing strategiesCreate a market intelligence blueprint to influence targeted talent strategiesDesign & deploy high impact research strategies to identify and engage world class talent.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
