Recruiting Coordinator – FT Hourly

About You:

You will serve as the Recruiting Coordinator by providing day-to-day administrative activities and recruiting support for our staff operations roles in Bright’s California and Arizona locations. The ideal candidate will be personable, highly motivated, and energetic with experience organizing recruiting efforts and streamline onboarding process. The Recruiting Coordinator will work hand-in-hand with the General Managers, Operations, Warehouse and Field Operations Managers to ensure proper staffing levels, candidate profiles, team member referrals and general inquiries are effectively managed through regular communication and participation in weekly huddles.

Your contributions to the Bright Team:

  • Partners with Operations and HR to ensure new hires are being provided the most updated and proper onboarding documents and consistent process at each location.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for each location who are going through the onboarding process.
  • Prepares and collects required supporting documentation, approvals for processes to ensure adherence with internal controls and engages candidates through multiple channels to enhance their experience.
  • Proactively collaborating with location hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job competencies, and skill gaps.
  • Identifying online and local candidate pools to target and manage job postings, flyer distribution, referral incentives and other candidate sourcing and recruiting methods.
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Maintain appropriate, timely tracking of candidates as they move through the interview stages within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist Human Resources Director with creating job descriptions, posting requisitions, and acquiring approvals.
  • Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company policies and standards. Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files.
  • Communicate all relevant information to employees and candidates on a timely manner.

Physical Demands and Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years on-the-job experience with proven success as Recruitment Coordinator.
  • Associates Degree or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Mgmt. or a related field of study. (preferred)
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) required**
  • Excellent verbal, written and listening skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Attend job fairs and meet with local recruitment services.

Additional Requirements:

  • Knowledge of CA employment (required) **
  • Knowledge of AZ employment (preferred)
  • Rental Industry experience (preferred)
  • Ability to sit and drive for extensive hours at a time.
  • Must be able to travel by car or plane frequently up to 75%.
  • Reliable transportation is a must, maintain valid driver’s license and always meet D.O.T. driving requirements.
  • Must have flexible schedule, including weekends and non-business hours.
  • Ensures compliance with Federal, State, and local employment laws. Meet and follow company policies per handbook.
  • Submittal and clearance of drug and background screening to meet company policy expectation.
  • Take on special projects as needed
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned
