• Named in the “Top 50 Coolest Places to Work” by Crain Magazine Summary The Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist will use multiple mediums including campus recruiting, social networking, cold calling, employee referrals, and internet research to source active and passive candidates in an effort to provide a sufficient pool of candidates to be considered.

In this role, an employee will be expected to develop and demonstrate proficiency in regards to the essential functions of the job found below.

Responsibilities
· Source for Qualified Candidates
· Determine applicant qualifications: -Conduct phone screens, personal interviews and reference checks.

· Maintain applicant records: -File applications.

-Document interviews and job offers.

· Maintain job openings on corporate website and industry job boards: -Update information on a regular basis.

-Design candidate correspondence letters / e-mails.

· Coordinate and manage on-campus branding and recruiting activities to include career fairs, information sessions, class talks, and site visits
· Ability to travel: Peak college campus travel seasons include Fall (September-October) and Spring (February-March)
· Must be familiar with employment practices including: -Affirmative Action -EEO Policies and procedures Qualifications
– Bachelor’s Degree
– 2-6 years of previous recruiting experience
– Industry experience in Architecture, Engineering or Construction (required)
