Collaborating with the hiring community you’ll become a trusted talent advisor providing guidance throughout the recruiting process.

People are our most valuable asset and you will ensure that we hire the bestAs a Recruiter II, you will be responsible for: Managing full lifecycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles Creating processes and best practices to ensure delivery of diverse talent pools Partnering proactively with the hiring community to understand and plan for hiring needs Influencing and continuously improving on the experience of internal stakeholders, candidates, and new hiresDo what you loveTo be successful in this role you will: Have at least 2 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a corporate environment Demonstrate the ability to partner with hiring managers to develop and execute on recruiting strategies Possess knowledge of various recruiting tools such as Application Tracking Systems, Linkedin and social media Have good analytical skills with the ability to utilize data to influenceWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best can vary for each person.This is a flexible role and may be performed at your home and/or the local Akamai office (in the country advertised).
