– we are always looking for new ideas and are open to hearing about them from Day 1 What you will do: Day 90 Manage a portfolio of clients and candidates both existing and new Develop consultative relationships with clients to help their business by developing the most efficient talent acquisition and service delivery solutions Develop and pitch proposals to clients Negotiate terms of commercial business and rates Requirements Ability to think strategically and come up with solutions 1 year staffing/recruiting experience preferred, but not mandatory Great attitude, team player mentality, and passion and drive to be successful High-energy and competitive nature that seeks results and personal accountability Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred Benefits Unlimited career potential, promotions awarded on merit-not tenure Training Program beginning from day one.
