Vaco Los Angeles is seeking a Recruiter to join a fast-growing and exciting team! Essential functions include sourcing and attracting top talent, screening and interviewing candidates, and designing and implementing overall recruiting strategies.

Job Responsibilities:
- Partake in full-life cycle recruiting, including screening, qualifying, interviewing, managing candidate relationships, etc.
- Create, post, and update job descriptions
- Collaborate with managers to identify hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Other related duties
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter
- Experience using an ATS (preferably Lever)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or another related field
- Successful track record of sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent
