The responsibilities include managing recruitment procedures and full-cycle recruiting
– sourcing, identifying, interviewing, and moving candidates to hire.

To succeed in this role, you will love recruiting, meeting new people, and problem-solving.

If you are a strong recruiter and want to be part of a high-growth, mission-driven organization, we’d like to meet you.What you’ll do: Work with managers to define needs, criteria, and hiring plans Source candidates through a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
– both passive and active recruiting Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing initial phone and video interviews; short-list candidates Take ownership of the process by writing, designing, and managing job postings and job descriptions Coordinate the overall scheduling of interviews, selection, and hiring process utilizing Zoom, Outlook, Greenhouse, and Slack Use skill assessment tests to screen candidates Champion the candidate experience
– insist on quality for all candidate touchpoints Assist with onboarding and new hire process Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations Maintain candidate documentation Requirements: At least 4 years’ experience of full-cycle recruiting; both in-house and third-party recruiting a plus Undergraduate college or university degree required, graduate degree a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Familiarity with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, and social media recruiting.
