HR/ Payroll Administrator

HR / Payroll Administrator Melrose Mac Inc is currently seeking an experienced HR / Payroll Administrator to join our team in our Los Angeles, CA (90038). Duties and Responsibilities:Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Assisting with office and administrative tasks
  • Supporting and assisting in a variety of administrative tasks
  • Maintaining and auditing employee records
  • Organizing safety meetings in all regions
  • Payroll auditing
  • Assisting in communications and compliance with corporate policies
  • Employee record keeping

Education and Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of work experience is preferred.
  • Experience in HR is preferred.
  • Experience with ADP WFN is required.
  • Payroll experience and accounting experience is preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Work independently as well as a team.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Maintain good judgement and a high level of confidentiality.
