Overview We are currently seeking a Recruiter to join the talent acquisition team.

This Recruiter will partner up closely with the client groups they support as well as other business partners across the organization.

They will be responsible for designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy as well manage the recruiting cycle from start to finish.

Responsibilities & Duties Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed, accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.

Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization Source, engage and attract passive candidates Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates and other pertinent details Assists with job postings for approved requisitions on the external Careers sites or postings in newspapers and websites, as requested Work with hiring managers to set up interviews and general scheduling.

Obtains proper approvals for offers to extend to finalist.

Obtains approvals and manage external agency relationships and candidate submittals Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience Minimum 3 year of recruiting experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process Strong knowledge in interviewing and recruitment practices Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Ability to prioritize and work well in a fast paced/high volume environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to build relationships and rapport Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
