The successful candidate will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
This position is Full Time, On-Site, Monday
– Friday.Essential Job Functions:Develop, maintain, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available roles, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.Develop recruitment strategies and participate in college campus recruitments, job fairs, and utilize social media sources to identify and source qualified candidates.Participate in department meetings to address staffing needs and strategies.Process all job postings and advertisements.Post requisitions utilizing E-Quest function in Paycom to post to various job boards.Review, rate, and conduct pre-screening interviews of applications.Select and present qualified candidates to departments.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Onboard new employees.Review job descriptions for compliance.Make recommendations to departments and schedule panel interviews.Provide necessary reports as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.Required Education & Experience:4 year degree in Human Resources or related field.
At least 2-3 years experience managing full-life cycle recruitment process.Preferred SHRM certification a plus.Experience with Paycom software preferred.Bachelors degree preferred.Experience working in a behavioral health environment or recruiting for healthcare personnel.Required Skills & Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Must be proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
