Workday AMS Payroll Specialist Master- Human Capital as a Service(HCaaS)

Work you’ll do

As a Workday Payroll Specialist Master in our HCAS AMS Payroll Operate practice, you should expect to be involved in the following:

Lead Optimization projects to help clients realize the full potential of the Workday Payroll module

Lead workstreams for Phase X (single module) deployments in the Workday Payroll space

Lead Workday projects in the space of additional country roll outs focusing primarily on payroll, M&A.

Conduct health checks for clients that are already live on Workday, resulting in helping to define a roadmap for Workday optimization

Serve as Subject Master Expert for other Workday post-production engagements in accordance with your areas of expertise

Lead AMS engagements by providing services in your module of expertise, working seamlessly with our onshore and offshore teams

Guide, communicate and educate our clients on Workday capabilities and limitations including new release management

We are hiring across all levels. After initial conversations with our team, we will be able to discuss the right level with you.

Required:

Minimum of 6+ years of experience working in Workday Payroll configuration/integrations, if not have worked/working with end client managing Workday Payroll system
Minimum of 6+ years of experience, preferably with Workday Partners or Clients using Workday as Payroll system Experience serving as a workstream lead on Payroll implementations or optimization engagements, from design to deployment
Ability to travel 10% – 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Human Resources Information Management or other Human Resources related degrees
Active Workday Certification(s), preferably Payroll
Advanced knowledge of Payroll systems
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with Excel, Visio and Power point
Consulting experience

This compensation range is specific to New York City, and Jersey City takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is Min $138,000 – Max $255,000.
