Payroll / Benefits Coordinator

Are you an experienced Payroll and Benefits Coordinator with great attention to detail and accuracy?

Do you have experience processing high volume payroll and benefits for multiple entities and states?

Non-profit organization in West LA is seeking a highly motivated and detailed oriented person to add to their team.

As a Payroll / Benefits Coordinator your duties will include:
Preparing semi-monthly payroll for up to 300 employees throughout multiple entities
Calculate manual payroll checks
Detailed records management
Garnishments
Review and approve timesheets in an accurate and timely manner
You are the perfect candidate if you have the following:
2+ years payroll relative payroll experience
Experience processing payroll for multiple entities
Experience with Paychex preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
