Actively research candidate work history for needed type skill, content that is applicable and that may transfer smoothly into our client’s style of business and culture.
Calls, emails, messages, and text candidates to coordinate and discuss exploratory dialogue to help educate candidates on employment opportunities.
Work directly with account executives and/or supervisor to gain active engagement and shared ownership and accountability with a best practice selection process.
Understand valuable knowledge of each specific client and understand competitive advantages of benefits, internal development and promotional opportunities.
Where appropriate, may negotiate salary per job wage range to support maintaining defined budgets for positions.
Contact candidates to extend approved offers of employment and to coordinate start and onboarding process.
Maintains applicant tracking system, discussion and interview notes for current and future use.
Partner with and support HR, following guidelines – ensuring we are in compliance for the firm and our clients.
Supports client’s onboarding process.
Other generalist and light admin duties as assigned.Qualifications: Associate’s degree preferred, emphasis in human resources field preferred.
An internship or 1+ years of work experience in recruiting.
Prior experience working within a middle market and/or large public accounting firm, human resources or professional service firm experience strongly desired.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Prior experience working within applicant tracking systems preferred.
Superior verbal and written communications skills, specifically related to need for excellent telephone etiquette.
Capable of working in a demanding, deadline-driven environment with a focus on delivering projected results (high volume / high quality candidates).
Commitment to and an understanding of the sense of urgency associated with the talent acquisition process.
Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or within a team environment.
Comfortable initiating and/or responding to medium to high volume of calls daily.
Capacity to effectively manage and prioritize projects and tasks with a superior attention to detail while effectively adapting to changing priorities with flexibility and creativity.
