Manager – Recruiting

Requirements
* Minimum of 3+years with multi-location recruiting hiring experience.
* Previous wireless/retail leadership experience is preferred
* Experience with conducting behavioral interviews
* Previous Enterprise level ATS experience
* The ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
* Bachelor’s Degree
* Relevant experience in retail or experience supporting a field organization
* Effective written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
* Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to utilize all forms of electronic communications
Job Description
This position drives the overall Region’s hiring process for our wireless retail locations and be responsible for hiring Retail Sales Consultants and Retail Store Managers.

Facilitate all recruiting functions including originating candidates, screening and assessing candidates relative to job requirements, facilitating the interview process, and assisting the business in hiring decisions.

The position will be based in our corporate office and reports to the Director of Talent.
* Facilitate full cycle recruiting in partnership with Field Leadership to include screening applicants, establishing interview schedules, as well as continuous follow-up with both hiring managers and candidates
* Interviewing candidates and determine the top candidates for management to review
* Ensuring a swift selection process, and assisting in overseeing candidate completion of pre and post hire paperwork
* Monitor and assess candidate volume for job requisitions and adjust strategy as needed.
* Update the status of applicants in the ATS and HCM system
* Utilize multiple recruitment sourcing strategies to capture quality candidates
* Conduct initial phone screens with all applicants
* Post to various job board ads and social media as needed
* Manage the relationship with the applicants throughout the interview process
* Assist with corporate office position as needed
* Proactive sourcing of qualified candidates
* Maintain recruiting statistics and reports
* Performing other special projects as assigned
* Responsible for meeting KPIs to include weekly recruiting hiring targets.
