Acting as an extension of the sales function, you will partner with executive sales leadership and have the ability to directly impact the success of the organization.

A day in the lifeIn this role, you will establish yourself as an experienced subject matter expert, partnering and collaborating with the business and the team to hire exceptional talent, all the while enhancing our mission and Accolade values.

Drive sales recruitment initiatives, in support of multiple stakeholders across core and emerging lines-of-businessHire the best sales talent possible; always hunting and building on the growth of AccoladeAdvise senior sales leaders, and collaborate with HR, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition team members to create consensus-based hiring outcomesDevise sales recruiting processes, best-practices and playbooksGenerate an extensive network of high-value sales talent within target industries and vertical marketsDevelop data-supported appraisals of competitive landscape and use them to create immediate and long-term sales talent pipelines Create connected candidate experiences as a trusted advisor to high-value sales talentBuild trusted partnerships with sales leadership teams and serve as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting processPartner with other departments (Finance, Sales Operations, Legal, etc) to drive the recruiting process through on-boardingProvide a world-class experience for candidates and hiring managersAnticipate hiring needs by continuously nurturing relationships with top prospects and building pipelines of high-caliber candidatesKeeps current on tools and best practices related to recruiting, sourcing and ways to raise the bar on our process and efficiencyUse qualitative and quantitative information to drive continuous process and strategy improvementsMonitor the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts, with specific attention paid to the continued flow of candidates through the recruiting pipeline resulting in a high offer acceptanceChampion building inclusive and diverse teamsWhat we are looking for8 years in full lifecycle Talent Acquisition to include sourcing, screening, negotiations, closing, and candidate relationship management5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a Sales or agency environment is preferredKnowledge of healthcare or related industry preferred.Passionate about talent acquisition with a proven record of success in Sales placementsAbility to make personal connections and understand what motivates candidates and hiring managersProblem solving and think critically skills are a mustExperience working with diverse organizationsStrong work ethic, accountability and integrityExperience developing target lists and market mappingExperience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships while succeeding in a fast-paced, dynamic work environmentDemonstrated mastery of navigating various sales leaders and other senior stakeholders, providing detail update on progress, movement and accomplishments.LI-KM1We strongly encourage you to be vaccinated against COVID-19.What is important to usCreating an enduring company that is hyper-focused on our culture and making a meaningful impact in the lives of our employees, members and customers.
